A trundle bed is an elegant and practical solution for space saving.\u00a0 A Single trundle bed<\/a> that opens to make a super king bed can be used in you spare room, in children\u2019s rooms for sleepovers and are particularly suited to use in holiday lets and Air BnB\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Until now, trundle beds<\/a> have had a reputation for being practical and not particularly beautiful.\u00a0 Home owners and interior designers are often forced to compromise on style in lieu of practicality \u2013 But, we have changed all of this.<\/p>\n

We have made trundle beds beautiful!<\/p>\n

What is a Trundle Bed?<\/h1>\n

Simply put, a trundle bed is a single (90cm x 180cm) bed that has a pull out section underneath that forms a Super King Bed when in use and hides away under the bed again to return to a single bed.\u00a0 The trundle can also refer to a storage drawer in some cases.\u00a0 We offer 2 different types of Trundle Bed<\/a> \u2013 A traditional pull out bed underneath or a versatile and beautiful \u2018Day Bed\u2019<\/a> with a variety of trundle bed options from storage drawers to a pull out tray for crafts and games to a mattress filled drawer for occasional guests.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

Good news!\u00a0 All of our single headboards fit our Taff Trundle Bed<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 This means you can choose any of our single headboard styles<\/span><\/a> to compliment your trundle bed.\u00a0 The headboard is attached to the Trundle bed base via strong, specifically developed plywood moulded struts.\u00a0 We will assemble your trundle bed and headboard for you when we deliver (UK mainland only).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Taff Trundle Bed automatically comes with a matching valance, or \u2018flap\u2019 to hide the secondary bed from view when it is not in use.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you prefer extra storage space to a secondary pull out bed then our day beds are just the ticket.\u00a0 Choices include a large and very strong, full length storage drawer on wheels or a pull out wooden tray that can be used for jigsaws, crafts, play sets or any number of crafts and board games.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

Where can I buy a Trundle Bed with Mattresses.<\/span><\/h1>\n

The Taff Trundle bed automaticlaly comes with two high quality mattressess at just the right size and depth for a simple and efficient set up.\u00a0 We will attach your chosen single headboard to the head-end when we deliver and you\u2019re all set.\u00a0 As standard the Taff is supplied with our special slimline trundle mattresses. With 1000 count pocket springs and upholstered in a polycotton & supersoft polyester, it is perfectly comfortable and ideal for use in your spare room. The Taff is turnable and covered in a cotton damask.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can I cover a Trundle Bed In My Own Fabric?<\/span><\/h1>\n
