At this time, our trade proposition is only open to applicants that are full time professional interior designers as registered at Company’s House and have a minimum trading experience of 3 years with at least of two trade specific references in evidence of this.
To access everything we can offer in support to interior designers in our industry, please email us at admin@theheadboardworkshop.co.uk to request our trade account form.
Once approved, we will email you to let you know your account login details. You will then be able to log in to our trade resource suite and begin to accrue account spend towards your first tier of discount (minimum account spend applies, see below).
If you have shopped with us before, please contact us to upgrade your existing account to trade access rather than apply for a new account.
How our trade partnership programme works:
Please note, your account must reach a minimum spend of £3000 before you qualify for a trade discount. We do not falsely inflate our prices to give large trade discounts – we don’t have the margins. We simply aim to reward loyalty and build a trading relationship with you. Large or multiple item orders will usually be assessed on an individual basis to see where we can help.
You can accrue your account spend by combining orders placed with us with any orders placed in your name with The Footstool Workshop, our sister company.
Qualifying for a discount with The Headboard Workshop will automatically entitle you to one with The Footstool Workshop.
Once you’re vetted and accepted, we will register you with a trade account. When you are logged in, you can use a range of tools to contact us about your projects and work on quotes and designs with us. Using your trade login also allows you to shop for standard products across our entire range with your personal discount applied at checkout.
Your customers can not see the trade area unless they are registered with us as a trade customer (and we are very good at gatekeeping!).
We will assign you to a member of our team who will look after you – so you always know who to contact.
We’ll let you know a price. You can then charge your client as you see fit, leaving you completely flexible to price your time and creativity into the project and your desired margin.
