You courier did an excellent job. He was able to adjust the headboard to meet the vagaries of a wall that is many hundreds of years old and is not the same height on each side of the bed. Headboard Workshop have been just great. I first spoke to Sheryl about six months before we placed the order and she was very informative and helpful. We then got busy, and spent ages deciding on a headboard fabric.

Once we were ready to order, Sheryl then advised and processed the order efficiently (it couldn't be done online as we chose different fabrics for the headboard and the base of the bed). Having chosen our headboard fabric ourselves, Sheryl sent about six samples for the base fabric from which we chose one.

The bed arrived a bit ahead of when we expected it and after (only) one night we are happy bunnies! It is exactly as ordered. The delivery guys were excellent, and they/Dorota communicated well beforehand so we knew when to expect them.

All in all a very good experience - thank you so much!

I could not be happier with my new divan, headboard, and Ottoman. They are all absolutely beautiful. The quality is superb and they look fantastic. Even better than I hoped..

The full-length headboard is super sturdy, and the fact that it fits around my skirting board means it is flush against the wall which is exactly what I was hoping for.

The divan base with the European drawers that allow them to open without moving the bedside table is so perfect.
Those drawers in previous beds have always been such a waste of space because I could never be bothered to move the bedside tables to use them. Now I have lots of extra storage space even though the drawers are smaller.

The information from, and patience of, your team with all my questions before I made the purchase was great. And the option to have the samples of the fabric was perfect – it really helped me to match everything at home.

The delivery went very well. The couriers were polite, efficient, and put the bed exactly where I wanted it. They were pretty cheerful to find out that my bedroom is on the ground floor :-)

I have attached a couple of pictures in case you're interested. Ignore the red lamps! I just haven't found any to go with my new colour scheme yet. But I think you can still see how lovely the bed looks.

Due to our sloping ceiling in our loft room we needed a bespoke king size headboard. We found Sheryl very helpful sending additional samples after I took photos of the blinds. We selected the Taransay Headboard / Carmonix 120 peppermint and it's turned out beautifully and clearly well made. It was more than I expected to pay but we were really pleased with the result hence I still mark them the 5 stars.

I had what could only be described as a very complicated order with over 7 headboards, beds, valances and 3 different locations. Both Sheryl (who dealt with the initial order) and then Emma who dealt with the coordination of all the fabrics, manufacture and despatch deserve a special mention for their hands on approach and patience - they were excellent throughout and this comes with a huge thank you. Builders are still in and photos will follow but all the headboards look amazing. There are lots of places to buy a headboard, but we found this clever website which gave us lots of choice and a neat way to choose our options. We requested some swatches which came quickly and then placed the order. All good and really what you'd expect anyway. Then a day later we wanted to change the order slightly, and the team at The Headboard Workshop couldn't have been more helpful, not just in changing the order but suggesting options we hadn't thought of and making sure everything was just right.
They kept us informed when the materials were in and our headboards were being made, and were told when it was ready to be delivered and handed over to a delivery company who delivered promptly and then took away all the packaging. The headboards are just fabulous - beautiful and solid and comfortable, and reasonably priced for bespoke items. It shows just how good it can be. It felt like we'd made a special purchase.

We love the headboard. So well made and looks lovely on bed. We are very happy with it. The headboard makes the bed look good!. Your website was so helpful in us choosing the headboard as there were so many to choose from but we went through the slide show taking a note of the ones (Caldey) we liked and this one got the most ticks, which made it easy to make the order.

The colour swatches were extremely helpful too in choosing the colour (brushed linen Tourmaline with contrast piping). Although when it arrived wasn’t sure we had made the right decision but once on the bed we were extremely happy with it. We love the colour. It makes the room looked finished too and with us going for the pillowstop makes it extra nice.

It was an extra bonus that we got to choose whether we wanted fabric protection, which we didn’t as we hate the smell. I thought we might have to still air it but it was completely fine to put straight on to the bed. The delivery chap was very helpful and pleasant. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone

It’s magnificent !

Although our flat is brand new and not a more traditionally proportioned layout, the bed looks perfect in the principal bedroom. As I hoped, the plaid fabric blends traditional with chic just as I wanted, and as for comfort - we have slept so soundly since it arrived !

I will most certainly rate 5 stars on Trustpilot as I wouldn’t buy from any online company that’s not in the high 4s for scores - I know how influential strong reviews are to me. I simply can’t fault the whole process- from help with choosing , to communication, delivery in the timescale promised of a very high quality product - and a delivery team who couldn’t have been more obliging.

Really easy to deal with. Twin headboards for a zip-together bed with material provided by me. I am sure you and your team dispatch many headboards everyday but thank you so much for mega wrapping my headboards. They traveled between the islands over here on an open boat and arrived on the quay in torrential rain. I was really worried that even the best wrapping would not have managed to keep the water out but well done they were totally dry.

The service I received from The Headboard workshop was brilliant from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful from the outset which was great as I was a total novice at this!

It was a shame to have pushed my delivery back until this year, but the pandemic obviously played a part with late delivery of fabric and all the restrictions in place, so I'm sure in normal circumstances it would have been a quicker turnaround.

We ordered our new bed from The Headboard Workshop and are thrilled with it. The online ordering process was straightforward and clear, with a number of options available to choose from. We initially ordered fabric samples which arrived promptly and were of great quality. We subsequently ordered an emperor size Mull headboard with piping and buttons in brushed linen fabric (colour: Jute). We were able to choose the height of both the headboard and footboard along with piping finishes and leg colours. The service was brilliant throughout. We received regular updates via email and phone calls. I made a change to the feet colour easily and even altered our delivery address as we had moved. We are so pleased with the product, which was also easy to assemble. The mattress(es...we have two that zip together) are so comfortable and took no adjusting to! We highly recommend The Headboard Workshop and will certainly be using their service again in the future.

I’m 59 years old, and it’s the most beautiful headboard I have had in my life. Not only is it the absolute perfect colour, it is exquisitely made. I’ve never been able to find one that is just the perfect colour, but I was actually spoiled for choice and it became a ‘lovely problem’ choosing the right one!!

I have to say that you have the best range of styles and materials/colours that I have ever seen. The delivery was well within the timescale mentioned and the two men who delivered it for me were so kind and helpful. We recently received our headboard. Our bed is an odd size as it came over from the US. It is very tall, etc. The people at Headboard Workshop were very helpful via email. They were very responsive, and helped us sort out the right size, how to get the height correct, etc. They also had very good fabric options and were happy to send samples to review. When it arrived, we had it installed (ours was wall mounted). It was very easy to do. Really, there is not much more we could ask for. Well done.

We are delighted. The headboard looks stunning, the delivery guys were excellent, handling the headboard to next to the required wall, removing wrapping and taking it away. They also gave one or two tips which were helpful.

I wanted to say thank you so much for a fantastic headboard and ottoman. I had high expectations but the quality and design of them still surpassed those expectations.

From the first point of contact to the final stage this was a very pleasant transaction. The website is informative and user-friendly, Euan was then extremely helpful in discussing what I was after and sending through a range of fabrics which enabled me to place an order a few days later. It was clear from a customer point of view that the relevant selection of fabrics sent across was a direct result of his extensive knowledge in this area. Then delivery of the items was seamless - the Couriers arrived a little early (unusual!) - they were courteous and swift in their work (I encourage you to keep partnering with them - I know this can be difficult to find!).

I read about The Headboard Workshop with interest on the website - I love the story and will be shouting from the rooftops to friends and family about your company.
