About this product

Our Samson Daybed is beautiful, practical and completely customisable thanks to the wide selection of options available.

The headend and footend are available self piped, contrast piped in our House Cotton Vanilla or you can opt to contrast pipe in your own fabric.

The complimenting slimline top mattress (with black edge piping) at 7ins (18cm) high, sits perfectly inside our Daybed.

The underneath of the bed can be left empty for your own storage baskets and suitcases or you can choose to add a clever upholstered drawer which can even be filled with a full size mattress (with white edge piping), for use as a second bed. An empty drawer can provide useful extra storage whilst the large pull out wooden tray provides a useful surface for jigsaws, games, activities etc.

Finish your ensemble with an optional valance and a pair of luxurious matching bolsters (sold in pairs with a range of finishes to choose from). The bolsters are perfect for completing the look of your Daybed.

The Samson Daybed is supplied with discreet chrome glides and has a solid mattress support platform and strong steel bars.

Single Samson Daybed & Flexibed

Using your own fabric

Providing that your fabric has a useable width of at least 130cm;

Just send us 8 METRES of fabric for the Self Piped option.

If you have a directional fabric which will need to be joined, we need the meterage stated above + 4 vertical pattern repeats.

The following Daybed options require more of your own fabric:

Contrast piping on the headboards - 2 metres

Drawer - 2.5 metres (plus 2 vertical pattern repeats)

Valance - 2.5 metres (plus 2 vertical pattern repeats)

Bolster cushions - 1.5 metres (plus 1 vertical pattern repeat)

Contrast piping on the bolster cushions - 0.5 metres

PLEASE NOTE: Lead time starts from the moment we receive your fabric, trim or any additional components that are required to make your order.

All fabrics must comply with Fire Regulation BS5852 for Cigarette & Match.

There are 3 ways to achieve this:

1. The most cost efficient way to do this is with your fabric supplier, they will ensure that it is accompanied by the necessary certificates.

2. If your fabric has a composition that is 75% or more natural fibre, it may be possible to use a fire retardant interliner. The interliner charge is £179, which you can purchase HERE. We would need proof of the fabric composition when you send it to us.

3. If no certificate is supplied and your material is less than 74% natural fibres, we can arrange fire retardancy treatment for you. The charge for this is £25.00 per metre plus a £30.00 postage and administration fee, and the treatment requires a minimum of 3m of fabric. Fabric treatment usually takes about 10 days and this may extend your delivery date by that amount. This can be arranged with us via email once you have placed your order.

On receipt of your fabric, we will contact you for further instruction if required and then your order will be released into production.

When sending us your material (either from yourself or directly from your supplier), could you kindly;

Attach your name
Attach your order reference number, which you will receive via email after placing your order
Indicate the correct side of the fabric
