Times are a bit confusing right now. 

Here’s how The Headboard Workshop are keeping calm and carrying on – albeit in a slightly different way, to keep things moving.

 

Be sure that we plan to weather the storm with a little help from our friends.  After all, we are all in this together.

Our priority, like everyone else, is to help save the NHS and therefore to save lives. Following government advice we have, along with the rest of the industry, temporarily halted production.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you will understand that this is totally beyond our control. We, like everyone else in the country, want us all to stay safe.

If you have an order to place

If you’re ready to place an order with us, we will make it.  However, as a precaution, we are now advising a 12 week lead time. 

We will move this back again once things become clearer and in accordance with any further advice issued by government.

Our workshop is temporarily closed and will re-open as soon as we are clear to do so.

If you already have an order with us

To ensure safe receipt of your material, please keep hold of your fabric until our workshop is open again so we are in a position to receive it safely (we will let you know when this happens).

If your order status is ‘On Hold For Confirmation’:

Please do go ahead and provide the information we need to make your order.  Our office team are working remotely and will be glad to make sure that we have all the details we need to get underway.

We understand that if you are being held up by other circumstances (ie, your bed base from another supplier will not be arriving and you will not be able to provide valance dimensions to us just yet) then please don’t panic. 

Just let us know and then send them to us when you can.

If your order status is currently ‘In Production’:

We, along with the rest of the industry, have temporarily stopped production. We are expecting this will be for approximately 3 weeks.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, but we trust you will understand that this is completely out of our control. Right now the priority is about reducing the spread of COVID-19, thereby helping the NHS and saving lives.

We will be in contact when the situation becomes clearer and we have been informed by the government that we can commence our normal production.

Q. Are you open?

A. With keeping the best interest of all our wonderful staff in mind, our factory is currently CLOSED. You can order samples and we will send them to you.

Q. Are members of your team contactable?

A. Yes, we are currently working remotely and can be reached via email. 

Q. What is the lead time?

A. 12 weeks, which is under daily review.
