**Please be aware that we are extremely busy at the moment; the combination of volume of orders and managing the difficulties of slow raw materials supply due to COVID, could mean that your order may take a little longer than usual. We ask you to please bear with us.**

The announcement by the Welsh Government on 19/10/2020 permits us to continue operating whilst following the COVID-secure workplace guidelines issued earlier this year.

Since we reopened after the first lockdown in April 2020, we have been complying with all regulations from the Welsh Government and Health and Safety advisors, and our re-organised workshop is fully operational.

We have put the necessary precautions in place to ensure that production continues and orders fulfilled, whilst protecting the safety of our workforce and customers.

As we are sure you will appreciate, some of our component and fabric suppliers are experiencing issues with stock; this inevitably means that a few orders could overrun the lead time. If this is the case, we will keep you fully informed.

Our delivery contractors will be continuing to offer a full service as much as possible whilst wearing essential PPE. If you are in a tier 3 area or above, we are only able to offer delivery to a doorway or hallway and the team will sign for the delivery on the customers behalf. *We ask that you understand the lead time starts from the moment we receive your COM materials (if applicable) and all product information necessary to build your order. For example, if you are sending us your own fabric (COM), the lead time will start from when we confirm receipt of your fabric. We also won’t be able to start making your items until we receive confirmation of your Valance or Skirting Board dimensions (if applicable).

Please note; if you amend or change your order before we have started production, again the lead time will start from the moment the amendment is confirmed.
